I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Weave (Lehi, UT) in Sept 2018
Interview
I was invited to visit and interview with Maggie, their main recruiter at the time. It took about a half hour. Later that day she got back to me to invite me to a secondary interview where I met with a member of sales leadership who held a 20 minute interview and then finally one of the executive team came in to do a culture fit interview that seemed straight forward and relaxed. I received an offer within a week of finishing interviews.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Weave (Lehi, UT)
Interview
A friend who works at Weave referred me for another position (multiple times) that I was much more qualified for, but neither one of us ever heard back from anyone on the recruiting team - which I think is pretty unprofessional.
Then, another friend who works at Weave referred me for the SDR position. They contacted me right away and I had two interviews in person back-to-back with 4 people. The first interview went well - while the second I felt went well until they found out I have a close relative who works at a competing company.
I didn’t hear anything for a week and then when I followed up, they said they were pursuing other candidates - which is totally fine. I just didn’t appreciate how they completely ignored the first referral - at least an email stating they were pursuing other candidates or responding to THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE would have been better than nothing at all.
I had heard great things about Weave, but this experience has put a bad taste in my mouth.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Weave (Lehi, UT) in Dec 2018
Interview
I had no prior sales experience so my interview was really looking for cultural fit. The interviews were casual and personal conversations. I asked questions about how I could find personal success through selling at Weave. The recruiter, sales development rep, sales development rep manager, and founder had the answers I was looking for and backed up those questions with actual things Weave does to invest in their employees. In each interview I was given the chance to ask any questions I had. My interview with the founder was just getting to know each other about my past present and future.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Weave (Lehi, UT) in Nov 2018
Interview
Had a phone interview to screen me first, then they had me come in person for a set of rapid-fire interview s with 3 different managers and top performers, each going over my resume and sales skills. The final interview was 1-on-1 with the VP of Sales and then with one of the co-founders to make sure I was a cultural fit. They then called me to extend an offer and emailed me the paperwork.
