Very long. Took about 3 months over the course of 4 or 5 interviews. The interviews were with different people each time but the questions were the same. Simple enough but time consuming.

The first interview was a phone interview, followed by two in-person interviews (driving 6 hours round trip each time). The interviews were all 1-2 hours and were very in-depth. Everyone was very nice, and the offices and people were wonderful. However, it was very disappointing to go through 3 time-consuming rounds of interviews to receive a rejection letter with no real explanation or details for improvement. Overall seems like a great place to work, but the interview process can be brutal.
