Pretty reasonable interview setup over all. There was a phone interview with a director to make sure I at least new the talk. Then an appointment was made for an at-home coding test. Annoyingly it needed to be done during business hours as I had to present it to a senior developer when I was done. Not easy if you're currently employed. But I liked the free-form, "show us what you know" nature of the challenge. Finally I was brought in for an in-person with a few developers where I was grilled a bit on various technology. Best thing was that it was obvious they were asking to gauge overall knowledge and not trying to find a very specific fit, or in other words, they were hiring for adaptability, not specific knowledge.
