The interview process for my UI/UX role was comprehensive and really gave me a chance to showcase my skills and fit within the team. It started with a screening call, followed by a portfolio review where I presented key projects and explained my design decisions. Then, I tackled a design challenge that let me demonstrate my problem-solving approach and creativity. In the behavioral interview, I discussed how I handle feedback and collaborate, and in cross-functional meetings, I highlighted my ability to work with developers and product managers. A final chat with a senior leader wrapped things up, and soon after, I received the offer. Overall, it was a rewarding experience that highlighted both my design skills and my teamwork abilities.
