I had a very disrespectful phone interview with senior leadership. No more than 5 minutes into the interview, the guy interrupted me as I was answering a question he asked. He said he has to drop off the call to handle a "client issue." HR then rescheduled the interview with the same guy for a week later. When the time came for the rescheduled phone interview, the person never called. After 45 minutes of sitting by my phone, I emailed HR and got a canned response. The entire process left me with a very bad perception of Weber. There is no excuse for this, especially at the senior leadership level.
