About 5 rounds of interviews, overall very structured. I do believe I met with many many more team members than was necessary. I think it likely makes more sense to cut the number of people met with, about half. OR shift the practice discovery call forward and run some interviews after that. Overall it was a positive process, but included a fair bit more time than I was expecting.
