Recruiter was very helpful and everyone I spoke with was great. The conversations seemed natural and seems like a great work culture. I did not get an offer after the final interview which was a mock discovery call.

Question 1
What is a piece of feedback you got from your manager that you didn't agree with?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Webflow (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2025
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. They missed the first interview but were apologetic at least. Connected again and had a good conversation and then fast tracked to an interview with a manager the next day. Interview was okay, but it honestly felt like they already had some candidates chosen and were just spinning their wheels. Didn't make it beyond that step but frankly it wasn't an appealing role to me.
Process was fast at least - but it felt like a waste of time. Only reason I took the interview was because the recruiter said the hiring manager was interested in my background, but it became pretty evident this was just a spammed linkedin message.
