If you apply, you'll probably get ghosted. In my case, they asked for an 8-hour assignment to be done PRIOR to an interview. I was then interviewed and after that... nothing. Emailed them to ask for an update and they didn't bother to reply. Looks like their hiring process has taken a turn for the worse. If you don't want to waste your time on people who won't respect it, don't apply.
