I was first messaged on Indeed to ask if I was interested in a one on one interview, where she then asked me very very simples questions like have you done labour, are you ok with working outside, are you okay with getting up early.

Interview is over the phone, then you complete online training. You will then be ask to join a virtual Training. Last thing you will do before in the field train is you license

The ask you about your stamina and if you can manage lifting 50lbs and over
I applied for a job with this company, only to be mislead by the job description. There was no where in the job description that said this is a door-to-door sales role. And the minimum salary they offer, was not on the indeed job posting.
The job posting made it seem as if you will start around $18/hr, but, you really start around $14/$15 with sales incentives.
