      Business Development Program Manager Interview

      15 Feb 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Weee

      Interview

1st point of contact, a recruiter, was very friendly, moved me on to interview with one person. Communication got confusing from there, as I was moved to a different recruiter. I submitted availability to interview with the person I was told I would interview with, after which I was told I would interview with someone else for a different "similar" position. It became clear that the person who interviewed me was unprepared and had no idea I had applied for a different position. Her demeanor was borderline unprofessional. She disagreed with something I quoted from the company website about their values; I did not correct her.
