I applied online, but also knew a family friend. Got a call for an 1on1 interview. Came in and sat in the cafe with a HR worker and she started asking questions such as why do you want to work for Wegmans, and what you can contribute, and once we found some common ground it was more of a casual conversation.
Last around 40 minutes and got a call a week later with an offer
easy, what-if scenarios, availability. it is a lot of basic interview questions. they want to know if you are good with a team and not violent or easily angered. a lot of highschoolers apply to this job so it is very basic.

Easy and they were very welcoming and kind and gracious and let me speak my mind and whatever I thought about the role and if I had any concerns about my ability

Interview
Phone screening with HR and in person interview with management. Everyone is beyond friendly. Pleasant experience overall. Recommend to students as this is a flexible role. There is also growth to work in other departments.
