Interview
First a phone screening and then an in person interview. If you pass the phone screening, then the one on one interview will be scheduled within the next couple weeks. You will here back about a week after that, and then you are put in a training group usually during a break if you are a full time high school student.

Interview process was quick and straightforward. Met with store manager, reviewed availability, prior customer service experience, and reliability. Questions focused on handling busy lines, dealing with difficult customers, teamwork, and basic math skills for cash handling. friendly and informal conversation.

2 phone calls asking about schedule, availability, other scenario questions. Recruiter was nice - mostly asked about working through the year vs. only the summer. Mostly the normal behavioral questions you'd expect.
