The interview process was relaxed and overall non-intimidating. There were two parts. The first was on the phone and lasted a little under an hour. The second part consisted of an in person interview that included a tour of the store and meeting several people. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Interview process was quick and straightforward. Met with store manager, reviewed availability, prior customer service experience, and reliability. Questions focused on handling busy lines, dealing with difficult customers, teamwork, and basic math skills for cash handling. friendly and informal conversation.

2 phone calls asking about schedule, availability, other scenario questions. Recruiter was nice - mostly asked about working through the year vs. only the summer. Mostly the normal behavioral questions you'd expect.
