Interview
Three interviews: HR, Dev Manager, and some team leads. Most of the questions were on work process or requests for anecdotes on past challenges. No technical questions/test.
The team was very up-front about rotating on-call duties in addition to the typical 40 hour workweek. One estimate was around 10 weeks a year of 24/7 support duties.
Requested an average salary for years of experience and the area, and received it.
18 vacation days.
A lot of team members with long tenure (10+ years), which speaks well to retention of talent.
