It is very intensive. It probably took an hour and a half to get through it and I was only applying for a part time job. They are notorious for wanting their workers to be very good but this was a lot more than I expected.

What was one moment where you were constructively criticized and how did you react to it?
easy, what-if scenarios, availability. it is a lot of basic interview questions. they want to know if you are good with a team and not violent or easily angered. a lot of highschoolers apply to this job so it is very basic.

Easy and they were very welcoming and kind and gracious and let me speak my mind and whatever I thought about the role and if I had any concerns about my ability

Interview
Phone screening with HR and in person interview with management. Everyone is beyond friendly. Pleasant experience overall. Recommend to students as this is a flexible role. There is also growth to work in other departments.
