Extremely lengthyyyyy! I had a phone interview & It was a 30 minute conversation with non stop questions. The recruiter was rude and even though I am overqualified for the role I could feel I would not be selected. It was a waste of my time.

Interview process was quick and straightforward. Met with store manager, reviewed availability, prior customer service experience, and reliability. Questions focused on handling busy lines, dealing with difficult customers, teamwork, and basic math skills for cash handling. friendly and informal conversation.

2 phone calls asking about schedule, availability, other scenario questions. Recruiter was nice - mostly asked about working through the year vs. only the summer. Mostly the normal behavioral questions you'd expect.
