The interview was ok and at everage level. Throughout the IV, I'm pretty sure they are looking for a candidate with perfect A score with very super minimal salary. Usually not because of they don't have budget to have new hire, but they want to keep it minimize in order to achieve the manager KPI. So, in this situation, mamager is win to get an engineer with high experience with low wages. Too much form to be fill in they should improve this.. Nowadays is paperless technology.
