Interviews are informal and usually contain a branch manager and service center supervisor which would be your direct reports as a service tech I. Interview is not atypical series of questions and usually consists of a manger who gives a brief description of the work performed and the expectations of a new employee. The interview process here is more of an evaluation of personality than an evaluation of skill sets and work history.
