There were 8 rounds of interview. They test your basic logical reasoning skills. How your common sense is used. There was aptitude round, written programming round, interview with team lead,project lead,branch head,HR and finally they appoint you. It might it terms of contract / as trainee / as permanent if they are really impressed.
