Weis Builders interview questions

30 minutes interview phone call with HR. They didn't selected me but it was a great experience. She asked mostly behavioral questions and other question about the position and goals.

The interview consisted on meeting with a handful of people from their company one on one and discussing different aspects of the job. The people were very nice and were very transparent about the whole process. We pretty informal at times, but it was a good experience. Their office inside is pretty nice and they seem to have a very close knit family feel in their company and really take pride in this fact.
