No questions asked, just a review of my resume, background check, and drug test. I did not have to do anything except submit my application and meet with the human resources manager. I started a week later.

Interview process was fairly easy, had to come in for a basic interview and training. This was a starter job so they did not require experience. Easy hire and only required to come in for training for the first week or so.
Easy interview. They asked the basic questions. It was less than one hour and the response time after was quick. The interview took place in the managers office. It wasn’t a hard interview, they just want to get to know you and why you want to work there pretty much.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Weis Markets (Owings Mills, MD)

rude, it was not the best experience. immature questions and i did not get the job because of the really weird questions to be honest. if you want to apply go ahead, but I would stay clear.
