Quick, didn't care other than rough experience with food. They'd probably still higher without any experience. Atleast they sit you down and ask questions. Though they only tell you when you start. You have to ask about pay/hours/the whole deal-i-o.

They had me come in and speak with the store manager. After that they had to do background checks and drug tests. If I passed those tests i was then hired.
