Interview
There are three parts to the hiring process. You will get a phone interview where they ask you a few questions about your work history and if you're a leader. After the phone interview you are called in for an actual interview. Then you're called in for a final interview.

Question 1
There was really nothing difficult about the process. The only difficult part is do you know exactly what you want or not. Are you long term or short term/ Are you willing to put in the hours? You have to know what you want. Are you willing to grow? The opportunity is there. It's up to you if you want to take advantage. This is definitely worth it.
