WellCare interview questions

Sometimes its very difficult to answer, and as a first timer were having a hard time to answer it, but I understand because they need a person who can provide a quality customer service in the future. Maybe just adjust some hard questions so that the confidence of others will remain and they avoid nervous experience

The interview process began with the internal recruiter and from there to the head of the CS team. I'm not sure what is beyond that as I did not make it that far, nor did the recruiter note the process.
