It's a little lengthy but that's how you make sure you find the right staff. They're through and I'm ok with that and prefer it to be longer then like some companies that rush right through it. Those are most likely to have high turnovers.

Spoke with a recruiter 2 days after I applied and then spoke with the manager the next day. The job was offered the next day. I declined since they said that if you call out 4x within a year, you're up for termination
