Wellcome interview questions

Brilliant interview process - questions provided in advance. The interviewers were incredibly friendly, and it was a relaxed interview setting. It also included a presentation, in addition to competency based questions. I really appreciated the interview style, as it felt collaborative rather than interrogative. Receiving the questions in advance was particularly helpful.
