I started the interview process in late July and received an offer in September. Between those two dates, I came on premises three times to interview with four to five people each time.
Although the interview process is rigorous, I was able to meet with a wide variety of people with whom I was going to work. It was an excellent way to make sure there was a "fit" on both sides.
