Interview
I received a call and we scheduled an interview in two weeks. The woman I met with made sure that I was comfortable, although maintained a serious demeanor in the process. She seemed to ask all job-specific questions and barely any behavioral questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Wellington Management (London, England) in Sept 2023
Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews. Initial screening which then progressed to meeting senior managers and members of the team. Mostly behavioural. Everyone I met with seemed genuinely interested in my thoughts and experiences which created engaging discussions.
