Phone interview followed with face to face interview. Normal technical questions. People were pretty nice. The work space they showed me was awful; there was no way I would be able to work in that environment. I also think it’s hypocritical that they have a no tobacco policy but say nothing about alcohol. So you can be a raging alcoholic and work there, just don’t smoke. lol Anyway, I never heard back from them at all. Not even a rejection letter. I will never apply there again.

Question 1
Normal technical questions for BA work like “how do you gather requirements?”
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wellmark (Des Moines, IA) in Mar 2022
Interview
In three rounds of interviews, the team leader, director, and VP will talk to you. Tech, theory, and bq questions will be asked. Offer will give in a few days. Good luck!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wellmark (Des Moines, IA) in Jun 2018
Interview
I had a phone interview, a building tour, an interview with the lead analyst, and separate interviews with 3 other potential peers. In total I made three trips into Wellmark to interview. It was a LOT of trips and taking annual leave from my current job and lots of interview clothes purchases so it was disappointing to not get an offer in the end. I wish they would have turned me down sooner if that was their plan.

The interviews were different... lots of hypothetical case interview type questions.
