Interview
I submitted an application online and was called into the office to meet with the practice manager. She asked about my background and experience and what my future plans were. Nothing "situational" or standard cheesy interview questions. She called me about a week later and said they wanted to hire me. They had HR contact me to set up an official start date and orientation time. Since HR was involved, it took a lot longer than some jobs, but that seems like the norm when corporations are involved. But it was nice to come into an interview and not be thrown a bunch of b.s. interview questions. It should just be a conversation between two people, not an interview to be the next Miss America.

Interview
After submitting my resume online, I was called for a telephone interview. This was followed by a call to set up a face to face interview. Interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. After interview I was contacted by a Talent Acquisition Specialist by email to submit my references online and to provide information and approval for a background check. Once these were completed, I was telephoned within 12 hours and offered a job position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They simply asked me about my previous position and why I had left and asked if I had any questions and then we simply chatted about these things. Very easy interview. Were very focused on whether I would be a good fit for their office and that I had the proper experience.

Interview
I interviewed 3 times with the manager and several doctors. All of the interviews were pleasant and appropriate. Entire process took 30 days. Process is extensive. Drug screen, background check. Health assessment. Now on to orientation.
