Easy and straightforward. Recruiter contacted me within a week of my application and an interview was set up with the Unit Manager. Interview consisted of basic questions, getting to know me and asked about past work experiences.

Tell me about a time where you received feedback and what was your response to it?
The interview was fair and I was given a lot of information about the position during the interview. I was encouraged to ask lots of questions and my questions were answered. The recruiter was very informative about the interview process and communicated what to expect. I thought the interview process was fairly smooth.

The interview process was very smooth! After you apply to their residency program, they will send you an email and a text for you to sign up for an interview time. They used sign-up genius for our convenience and they also contact you even if you don't get the job.
