I was giving interview for role Business Analyst, the assessment was give so I completed the assessment then there was 3 round of interview also, in the final round the interviewer joined 10 mins late and he finished the interview in 5-10 mins, I felt that the interview was not planned by interviewer, post this I followed up with several times for an update, it's been a month now and i didn't get any update till now. There is no professionalism in the organization, the interview process was not followed properly - as candidates give their valuable time and effort for an interview, so that there should be some respect for the endless effort of the candidate and I think before reaching out to any candidate you should need to go through the hiring structure and policy.
