You apply online, they have a recruiter call you, they bring you to a terminal for orientation followed by a 6wk training program. the hiring and interview process is straight forward. I had a wonderful trainer who was very knowledgeable and safety oriented.

Interview
Basically talked to hiring manager then went to orientation in Atlanta, Ga. Took driving test, learned about do's and don't for the account we were servicing, took driving test , and was place with a driver trainer for a couple of weeks.
