I applied online and was contacted about a week later. I was requried to undertake an initial phone 15 minute phone interview where they asked the usual screen questions (ie why do you want to work for us, why did you leave your last job etc.). After the phone screening, I was asked to complete cognitive testing. If we get through to this stage make sure you do practice tests, it really helps! A few days afer he cognitive testing I was invited for an interview. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. The asked some scenario based questions and some questions about how my previous experience prepared me for this role (be prepared with examples). They were quite friendly but the interview also seemed a little uncomfortable. I was not offered the position and unfortunately was not given any feedback even though I asked for it. This was especially annoying given the effort I put into the process. The entire process from first applying to the final interview took less than a month.
