West Bromwich Building Society interview questions

Informal, friendly atmosphere. There were two interviewers who made me feel at ease. Asked the usual questions about experience and gave me breif description of the job. Told me I should hear back within a week and I heard back exactly a week later

It was a mix of technical and competency based questions- mostly around behaviours. Started with typical Tell us about yourself question, why this company, etc. Technical questions included topics such as data warehousing, etc.
