West Builders interview questions

Interview was more like a regular conversation. The interviewer did not ask specific questions, rather the interview was led by what the company did and questions that I had about the company.

Had a group interview with a VP and project engineer. It was pretty laid back in that it felt like we were having a back and forth conversation as opposed to an interrogation. We mostly talked about my resume due to lack of previous project experience and my future goals. Interviewers answered all of my questions honestly and without judgement.
