West Marine interview questions

3 interview process. Standard questions asked with focus on customer experience, time management, and expense control. First interview with Hiring DM. Second with a second DM, 3rd with HR Partner

I applied on indeed with just my resume. Pay was not listed. I received a follow up email to answer some prescreening questions that took 10 minutes. A week later I was contacted by email to set up a short interview with my assigned hiring manager on a separate 3rd party app, similar to a work group chat app. From there, hiring manager was straight to the point. Sent me a link to fill out the interview on google forms. I filled it out, with a given timeline of 30 minutes. I finished it in 15. The questions were good honestly and I had to take a minute to reply to them all. The hiring manager then gave me a rundown of the position and company, again without mentioning pay, all via text. Interview concluded and he stated he would reach out to me if I was offered the position. The very next afternoon, I received my offer letter. It was more than I had hoped.
