Three stages in total with a panel-styled approach for the second stage. Starts with HR reaching out to you to schedule a first stage one-on-one to better understand your fit for the role and culture fit on a summarized level and then proceeds to a panel stage with the hiring manager and finally a stage with the director(this comes after an offer)
