Very Poor - The recruiter was enthusiastic enough and told me that he would setup an interview with the hiring manager. Within a week he disappeared and his emails bounced back saying his email is no longer working. Another interim HR took over my case - never bothered to speak to me and about my skills - fwd-ed my resume again to the Hiring manager and came back with a rejection (hiring manager does not want to talk to me). The overall process sounded goofy enough for me (honestly) and I was left dumb-struck (specially when I saw emails bouncing back from the recruiter email within week after he thought of scheduling call).....Now when I think back, I just laugh at the whole thing. This is how they dealt with a highly skilled and specialized worker :)

Was good. Went well. Had a panel. Was 1.30pm. Was in a conference room. Had several leadership team members. Everyone was friendly. Gave me a tour of the grounds. Property was nice and clean.
