Typical interview and contacted shortly after applying for the position. Recruiter was very nice and did a good job keeping me informed of the status of my application and the background check.

They go over your history and expertise. They are mainly looking for recent grad students since it is the bottom of the chain and there is a lot of work to do. Job is salary based not hourly and was told you have to stay late and come on weekends. Then they tell you that if you are selected you will have two more interviews and a basic accounting test.
