I echo the other comments that this company doesn’t actually want to hire. I was plainly told they keep postings up for 6+ months just to collect resumes, i.e. ghost jobs. An “extensive interview process” which raises red flags of inefficiency and disorganization. Remind me why an individual contributor role needs 5+ rounds including the CEO plus a personality test. Made it through several rounds quickly, then radio silence. Ironic after “two-way communication” was emphasized at the start of the process. Bad form and a waste of time for all involved. The actual managers were very kind and I can see it being a decent work environment if you can actually get in the door.
