Everyone in the HR and team are nice and friendly. They honestly want you to succeed rather than fail. It was a great interview experience. The Client Service team is split into the client facing and the data camp. Please be informed which part of the work you will be doing when you interview and see if your skill matches up.

Interview
It involved two interviews one with the global head of client services in California, and one with a local client services team member. It is a Great process overall, it's a shame I did not get an offer.

Four round one interviews with people from different client service teams then four round two interviews with senior members of the specific client service team. A few weeks separated round one and two.
