I originally applied for a receptionist position and I believe I was contacted the very next day by the talent acquisition coordinator inviting me to come in for an interview. The night before my interview I was doing my homework and preparing and noticed they had a PCC opening at a different location so I decided to apply to that one as well.
I showed up for the interview and it was pretty average. Everyone was really friendly and I was interviewed by the manager and they were very thorough on explaining what my duties would be and what the day-to-day in the office would be like. They asked me general questions on my work experience and education. They expressed that this position could lead to a lot of growth opportunities like the PCC role and I let them know that I was very interested in pursuing that. Afterwards, they let me know they would contact me soon as they were interviewing other candidates as well.
A day later the coordinator reached out again and invited me to interview for the PCC position I had applied to at the different branch. I went in and the managers I spoke to were super friendly, they made me feel welcome and I was not nervous whatsoever. I believed the interview was going great and they seemed super impressed by my answers.
I had that interview on a Monday and that same week on Thursday I received a voicemail from an office manager at another branch nearby. I called them back and they informed me that the manager from the original branch I interviewed at passed along my resume to them because they thought I was a good match for the PCC role. I interviewed the very next day and I felt super confident because I was well prepared from the other two interviews and knew what to expect. I was met with the same welcoming vibes and friendliness at the third branch and the manager asked me about my experience and my motivations for wanting to work at the company and in this role. At the end of the interview, they told me they really liked my answers and saw a lot of potential in me. I was given their contact info and said I could expect to hear from the coordinator very soon. I left with a smile on my face and by the end of the day I received a message with an offer and I accepted a couple days later!
Overall, the interview process was really quick and everybody I talked to was really nice, professional, and seemed to really enjoy what they do at the company. I never expected I would be accepting an offer here after being in the job search for 11 months after graduating college. I start the first week of April and I am super excited and grateful for this opportunity.
