The interview was structured, but ran nearly two hours. Many of the questions were repetitive, which made the conversation feel more like an endurance test than a two-way dialogue. When I asked my own questions, the answers were extremely long-winded, which compounded the length.
The job description wasn't presented until the very end of the interview, which is the reverse of how most interviews are structured.
The team uses a public daily ranking board tied to sales volume. It was presented as motivational, but the accompanying comment that "nobody wants to be at the bottom" suggests it can function more as public pressure than encouragement. Candidates who are sensitive to that kind of environment should factor it in. Up front about it being a high-demand and fast-paced job with no downtime between tough calls.
At the end of the process, I was redirected toward a different role than the one I interviewed for, which was below my background and qualifications. There was no clear explanation or feedback.
Pros: Strong parent company, paid licensing, salary-based compensation, day-to-day expectations were clearly communicated
Cons: Interview structure felt inverted and one-sided, role scope not fully accurate in posting, public ranking board culture may not suit everyone
Advice to candidates: Ask clarifying questions about the full scope of the role before the interview
