I applied online and maybe a week later was emailed for an interview but also asked to complete a personality quiz and skills review test to measure my ability in Excel and other regularly used computer programs before it. First interview with the HR Manager, my first impression was it seemed like they didn't have much of a structure and the employees gave me a weird vibe. I think it's because the company culture is very forced, they ask you to wear professional clothing in the interview email confirmation "slacks and blouse for ladies, suit and tie for men" employees are not very serious about their work it seemed. I had a second interview the following week with 2 other HR people. They ask you relevant questions like how do you keep yourself organized, how do you react to frequent interruptions. I didn't hear back from them after the second interview.
If I got an offer I wouldn't have accepted since the culture is fake and forcibly professional which does not fit the very casual personalities of the employees. They do offer benefits like "Jamba Juice Days" so that might have been cool.
