3 interviewers on the panel, style was quiet old school. No back and forth just question and response, onto the next question. Overall a relaxed experience, heavily competency based and want to know your knowledge about the council. I asked a couple of questions about the culture, what my day to day would look like but as the panel were past-employees they were unable to tell me.
