Very inspiring. Company is built around the seven c's. Caring, Collaboration, Confidence, Curiosity, Calm, Courtesy and Consistency. I was asked what each word meant to me and how I could apply those words to do my job. I resigned my current job to accept the offer after the interview because the GM had a vision not just for the company but for my personal growth.
