Westside and Northside Lexus interview questions

Long and drawn out. Two months of waiting for a follow up / decision. It seems unfair for a interviewer to hold this length of time for a potential employee seeing as the person might pass up on other opportunities in hopes of this one.

I had multiple interviews with various managers and assistant managers for the vehicle sales department in person. All the interviews were roughly about 15-20min each. All basically asked the same questions about my previous jobs, why I wanted to work there, what my expectations were, what skills or attribute qualified me etc.
