Three managers interviewed me. Since interns from college aren't expected to know too much about engineering, the interview was pretty easy going. I assume they were determining if the overall attitude was the appropriate one for the office more than scoping whether I knew land development concepts.

The interview was laid back with questions about my resume and some situational questions. They asked what I knew about the company first and checked to see I did my research.
