Applied online, interviewed at the park very quickly (I showed up 15 minutes early and they saw me right away) sat down one-on-one and interviewed for about 10 minutes. There were a lot of prospective employees so I suggest being there early to make the process faster for yourself. They are looking for Relaxed, Friendly and Responsible people who will show up to work when asked, on time.
